This unique position comes with an excellent salary of £90,000 per year and the opportunity to build and lead a brand-new Learning Disability division. You will also be joining at Director level within the business.
As the Head of Learning Disabilities, you will play a pivotal role in the successful establishment and management of a new Learning Disability division. Your leadership and expertise will be crucial in ensuring service users receive the highest standard of care. Key responsibilities of the Head of Learning Disabilities:
- Launching and managing the day-to-day operations of a new Learning Disability division
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering exceptional care services
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating a dedicated team to achieve outstanding results
- Developing and implementing effective care strategies in collaboration with service users and their families
- Contributing to the growth and success of the organization
Requirements for the Head of Learning Disabilities :
- Proven track record in Learning Disability community services
- Registered Nurse Qualification (RNLD / RMN)
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and empower a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centered care
